RICKY LOPEZ

Originally born in north west London I’ve spent well over half of my life living in Cambridgeshire! I didn’t go to college and went straight into work after school! After a few years found myself doing carpentry (following my dads footsteps) I was in that job for over 7 years! But when I was 18 I got my first tattoo and from that day I was hooked, I asked every tattooist I sat with for an apprenticeship with “NO” being the answer every time! One thing that’s stayed the same my whole life is my love for drawing and art in general so I kept looking! Then in 2008 at the tender age of 25 I found an apprenticeship at Tattoo Crazy under Barry K! Pretty much after only a few weeks I done my first tattoo and quickly started getting more work in! My apprenticeship lasted about 6 months before I moved to another studio, I’ve worked in Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, London, Norwich & Kings Lynn. At the moment my passion is black’n’grey realism which I’ve loved even before tattooing! I feel It’s definitely my strong point!
